(1) After the preliminary arrangement is finished according to paragraph-2 and the correct valuation of the commercial land that has been turned into Raker is prepared, the Hakim will set up Moth Jambandi according to the pattern of each land owner of each mauza.
(2) Moth Jambandi established in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be deemed to be a permanent order relating to the assessment and recovery of such land. However, till the establishment of a permanent settlement, land tax collection or disposal of any matter related to such land shall not be stopped.
(3) The format of Moth Jambandi will be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
